  This shipper is the WORST. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I gave them one star because Google made me give them something >:(
  
  I ordered something from Home Depot that had to be shipped through them, It was ordered 7/8 and scheduled for delivery between 7/14-7/20. I called Braun's 7/21 to find out when I could expect it - I'm STILL waiting for a call back. I called Home Depot on 7/24 to complain and see if they could enlighten me - HD called Braun's to see what the issue was - they were told to tell me that Braun's would call me 7/26 to schedule delivery for 7/27.
  
  7/26 comes and goes - NO CALL. 7/27 at 720am the truck shows up with my order. No call, no warning. It was pure luck that someone was actually home! Took a FULL WEEK to get y order since the tracking listed my order in the Cranbury, NJ warehouse at 113pm on 7/17. Home Depot needs to drop them like a hot potato and find a better shipper. I don't know how this company is still in business.
