  What everyone is saying is true! I thought to myself ok, maybe they just had a bad experience but no it was definitely true! I’m an owner Operator n they take FOREVER to unload you. They take care of their own first and then you. I should’ve known it was bad when their employees smiled and said I was going to be able to get some good sleep. Oh and Thank God I made my appointment, had I not, they would’ve left me waiting longer because they wouldn’t have had to pay detention pay. I will never be delivering there again!

  Been here many time and its always the same. Sometimes I'm lucky because I'm a dedicated driver, but there are time. New ownership to liberty and they want to save money. Personally I would start with their dock personnel. They're slow to unload you on any given day (Joy's of a union) . If your on a door it's 2-3 hours to get you unloaded minimum. Then of course I love the fact that they spent the money to get the recieving people a little box to sit in, but its not accessible to drivers considering its beyond a locked door that nobody watches. Liberty has there hands full here. Btw Philadelphia is the same way
