  This is with reference to my order 6917-42224 which I placed on 21st dec for vinyl plank installation and carpet installation.
  Carpet installation was 72 hrs and it was not done until 1/2/2018 and then you offered 35 USD refund which I have not received yet and I have been chanrged the full transaction and since the credit is not issued yet I have been charged with late fee.
  
  As discussed with you multiple times, I did not receive the vinyl service within 7-10 days period which was promised to me at the time of putting the order in. You informed me that somebody will call me whether the I can get 500 USD credit or not and then will cancel this order after getting my consent.
  
  I got a call from Deborah on 1/19 friday that the order is cancelled. My initial install date was 1/22 as per you and since it was cancelled it was not installed and the material is lying here in one of my room.
  
  I have 2 small kids and these items have been lying here since 15 days and it is very dangerous.
  
  I see that the condition of basement is really bad and want to get it installed at the earliest.
  
  I am really frustrated with this whole situation, please see what can be done and how you can help me with this situation which I am facing with Home Depot installation.
