  I have done physical therapy at other places but this one is the best around. Have been going here the last 5 months to treat 3 herniated discs in lower back. Gauri and Diana show me different exercises to build all around strength instead of just having a check list and rushing me through. Some days I am feeling better and I can do more involved sets and other times I am flared up and they go at a slower pace. They have helped me be more conscious in every move I make from picking up the baby to playing golf. I highly recommend Synergex Physical Therapy
